Eskimo®-3 Extra is a pure and stable omega-3 fish oil providing high levels of fatty acids EPA and DHA in their optimal 3:2 ratio. Each capsule typically provides 300mg of EPA and 200mg of DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids have been well studied, with EPA and DHA contributing to the normal function of the heart, and DHA supporting normal brain function and vision.

EPA and DHA also provides support for normal blood pressure, skin health and normal triglyceride levels.

Contains Vitamin E to ensure long term stability meaning no fishy odours or aftertaste. Vitamin E has the health benefit of contributing to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and damage. Oxidative damage can lead to premature ageing and DNA damage.

Eskimo®-3 uses only the highest quality fish oil available from fully traceable sources. The fish for Eskimo®-3 are provided by specialist fisheries and can actually be tracked back to the individual fishing vessel and even the individual taking care of the fish. Usage and Instructions

Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals, or as directed.
