To use Sea-Band Child Acupressure Wrist Bands, follow these instructions:

1. Place the middle three fingers of your child's hand on the inside of their wrist, with the edge of the third finger just below the first wrist crease.
2. Locate the Nei-Kuan point, which is just under the index finger and between the two central tendons.
3. Position the wristband on your child's wrist so that the button is face-down over the Nei-Kuan point.
4. Repeat the process for the other wrist.
