Solpadeine Headache Tablets provide fast-acting relief from pain when you need it most. The compact packet makes it easy to carry in your handbag, luggage or stashed neatly in your medicine cabinet for when you have a headache or cold. The tablets also alleviate backache, rheumatic and muscle pain, toothache, sore throat and period pain. Plus, if you have a fever, they'll also help to bring your temperature down.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains the active ingredients Paracetamol 500mg and Caffeine 65mg.

Other Ingredients: Potassium sorbate E (202)

Usage and Instructions

Adults and children aged 16 years and over:

Take 2 tablets, with water, every 4 - 6 hours as required.

Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours.

Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Children aged 12 - 15 years:

Take 1 tablet, with water, every 4 - 6 hours as required.

Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours.

Do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Do not give to children under 12 years of age.

Warnings

Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol containing product.

Avoid too much caffeine in drinks like coffee and tea when taking these tablets.

Consult your doctor: Before taking this medicine if you have a lover or kidney disease, including alcoholic liver disease. If your headaches become persistent, see your doctor. If symptoms persist consult your doctor.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist
Seek advice before using if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding or if you suffer from allergies.

Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.

Side Effects

Like all medicines, Solpadeine Headache Tablets can have side effects, but not everybody gets them. A small number of people have had side effects.

Stop taking the medicine and tell your doctor immediately if you experience:

Allergic reactions which may be severe such as skin rashand itching sometimes with swelling of the mouth or face or shortness of breath.
Skin rash or peeling, or mouth ulcers
Breathing problems. These are more likely if you have experienced them before when taking other painkillers such as ibuprofen and aspirin.
Unexplained bruising or bleeding
Nausea, sudden weight loss, loss of appetite and yellowingof the eyes and skin.
