Ingredients

Active Ingredient: 1g of ointment contains:0.20ml of tincture from Calendula herb (equivalent to 0.094g Calendula officinalis L. Herb) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 90% v/v.

Also contains Wool Fat (Lanolin), Yellow Beeswax, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil and Wool Alcohols.

Usage and Instructions

Clean the wound, graze or scratch after washing your hands thoroughly. Next, apply the skin salve directly to the affected area or intended dressing. Apply 2-3 times a day.

Calendula has a really good affinity for the skin, and the lanolin within this product also supports the regeneration of healthy skin. The Bees Wax in this ointment also contributes to forming a protective barrier on the skin, while still allowing the skin to breathe.

Warnings

Not safe for use by children under the age of six. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product if you are allergic to plants from the Asteraceae (Compositae) family or Calendula officinalis. For external use on the skin only (do not ingest and avoid contact with the eyes). Store in the original tube in an environment below 25°C. Always wash your hands before you apply this salve to your skin, and afterwards too.

Side Effects

The product has been designed for treating minor wounds. If the wound gets any worse – for example, you experience redness, itching, dry skin or suspect a possible infection – stop using this skin salve immediately and consult your doctor or our pharmacist. Ingredients include lanolin (wool fat), which in some cases can trigger a dermatological reaction.
